My Petit Style is an online store specialized in small shoes, offering high-end shoes to petite and stylish women of all backgrounds. Make your selection and check your size at our Footprint System.

• You felt in love but didn’t find your size or shoe color? Don’t worry, we will always attend your requests. Check our made-to-order section and get your small feet a trendy update.

How to choose the right shoe size?

We want you to have your perfect fit with the help of My Petit Style Footprint System. First, measure your foot on the template, mark the heel-to-toe length on the paper and check your size. We make all our small sizes shoes using European sizes, from 32 to 38. Please check your US, UK or AU size so find the best EU size to choose.

What if I don't like my selection?

We know you will love your shoes, but in the unlikely event that your new shoes turn out to be not quite what you had in mind or if you have trouble with the fit, just return them. We’ll gladly exchange them for a pair more befitting of your style or refund your money according to our return policies. Contact us and we'll send you information on how to return your shoes.

How long before I get my order?

If you chose the free delivery option, any order placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday included) is processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are given top priority on the next working day. If you opted for the express delivery, any order placed before 2PM will be shipped on the same day. Delivery time is normally 2-4 working days, depending on your location and shipment method.

You will be informed via e-mail once your order is dispatched with a tracking link. You will be able to use it to follow your petite shoes.

What is your Exchange & Returns Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoes, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 16 days from the date of shipment and in a new, unworn, and in the original box with the original packaging intact.

Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and not eligible for exchanges or returns, please check our Terms & Conditions for more information.

We are sure you will love your shoes, but in case you would like to change or cancel your order , you can do so up to 1h . Contact our Customer Happiness team with any urgent issues.

To return an item:

· Complete the return form inside your delivered package and then pop inside your parcel.

· Attach your shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

· Cheers! Your return will be processed within 7 days from the date of reception.

How do I get a refund?

Your refund will be made as soon as possible upon reception of your item and after our quality team inspects the returned products. If your return meets the above conditions of new, unworn and original packaging, you will receive your money within 15 working days (weekends and holidays not included) from the time you send back the items. The refund will be made by re-crediting your account in your credit/debit card or via PayPal.

Is the payment system secure?

Our banking partner SISOW, provides a coded, encrypted payment system. The secure system is based on 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. In order to offer consumers a safe and convenient way to make online payments, relevant details such as bank details are only accessible to Sisow, and not to third parties. Webshops that are affiliated to Sisow comply with strict security criteria. The security features of Sisow's payment systems and procedures are tested periodically.

How do I use a Gift Card or a Promotional Code?
