EASY SHIPPING
In orders over 75 euros, shipping is included to Spain and Portugal. Shipping charges are based on your order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Shipping rates are calculated as follows:
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the “order history tab” within the My Account section.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My Petit Style intends to provide an amazing shopping experience and a happy customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 16 working days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).
We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent scratches or dirtiness.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges are easy! Just save your return label or print your slip by visiting the Order History page under My Account. Then follow these steps:
Any product delivered to you that fails to match the seller’s description is eligible for a full refund. You can also work out a solution that is agreeable to both you and My Petit Style. If the customer is partially happy with the purchase, even though it has some minor issues. You can either return your purchase for a full refund, or keep it and agree on the refund value with the Site.
